I offer private sessions for those who would prefer to follow the training without the intensity of the group dynamics. The private sessions are personalized for your needs, experience and goals.
It is also possible to follow whole MBSR training in private sessions.The private MBSR training includes the same topics and exercises as the group training. Some sessions might be also personalized for your needs/questions. The private 8-week mindfulness training includes 8 meetings of 1,5 hour each.
Currently all the trainings are taking place online; however for the individual sessions it is also possible to meet in person if the sessions can be scheduled outdoor.
