Would you like to follow a mindfulness training but you do not want to commit to the 8-week program? Perhaps this training is something for you.
During this online training we will practice various mindfulness exercises, share our experience and try to see it in the broader context. The advantage of the online training is that you can follow it even during your holidays from anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection and a place where you will not be disturbed.
The training will help you to identify the automatic patterns in your behaviour and see their effects on the quality of your life. You will practice to step out of the automatic pilot to notice what is really happening around you and to see if you can take better choices for yourself from that new perspective.
8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Training Online

Online mindfulness training that you can join from the comfort of your own home.
The content of the meetings are the same as in the usual mindfulness training. During the online sessions we will practice various mindfulness exercises, share our experience and try to see it in the broader context. The advantage of the online training is that you can follow it even during your holidays from anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection and a place where you will not be disturbed.
Mindfulness training is meant to give you tools to deal more skillfully in difficult moments. It can also help you to get some clarity on what is happening in your life, or simply let you relax a little bit and maybe let you notice the beauty of the world despite anything that is happening in your life at that moment.
Most of the Dutch Health Insurance (aanvullende verzekering) reimburse the costs of the training.
