Kasia Sikora (PhD)

I am a mindfulness trainer, psychologist, teacher, and a researcher.

I have received a doctoral degree in cognitive psychology at Donders Institute for Cognition at Radboud University Nijmegen. I have also completed a basic and an advanced training for the mindfulness trainers at the Centrum for Mindfulness in Amsterdam and I am registered with Vereeniging Mindfulness Based Trainers Nederland en Vlaanderen (VMBN) as the 1-category mindfulness trainer which is the highest category recognized in the Netherlands.

In 2019, I have established Clarity_Mindfulness. Currently, I also teach psychology at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and at Radboud University, Nijmegen.

I have been practicing mindfulness for many years through self-practice and through attending silence retreats. Now, as a mindfulness trainer, I offer individual and group trainings, as well as short mindfulness-retreats.

As a mindfulness trainer with a background in psychology research, I am always interested in the scientific support for the effectiveness of the mindfulness interventions.
